Thank you, System 10, for the amazing motivation and support on your plan. I lost 7 lbs in 5 weeks, albeit I was flying out on holiday when I started my first week 😁. I have noticed that I have more energy, and my sleep has improved. I also drink more water, which has huge benefits. I hope to continue the structured food plan along with the exercises to maintain and / or continue to lose the extra weight.
