At System 10 we individually calculate the food level required for each person for the best possible weight loss and at the same time improving hormone balance to maximise energy, improve sleep and improve bowel function! This feature alone is very different to all other weight loss plans.
Our food plans are of normal everyday easy to prepare foods! We tell you exactly what to have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. This takes all the hassle out of planning your food. You also get a daily calorie allowance for your favourite treats! We also give you a small weekly alcohol allowance!
Because there is 3500 calories in 1 lb of fat, weight loss is 85% food work and 15% exercise! So at System 10 we have a small very do-able exercise requirement which is typically 4 x 30 minute sessions per week! Exercise is very important to us but it is more for the metabolism, toning and health benefits than for the weight loss!
One of the great features of our plan is we teach you techniques to improve your willpower and discipline. This is far more important than motivation, because motivation can come and go easily, so knowing how to activate willpower and discipline is far more important.
