Why Does My Cellulite Get Worse When I Lose Weight?
Cellulite very often gets worse during weight loss because of the poor nutrition people get from the diet they have chosen and because they do not include the right exercise. Good nutrition especially including essential fats (omega 3 and omega 6) and key minerals like calcium, magnesium and zinc is critical for accessing this stubborn, isolated and compacted fat and most weight loss diets do not include enough of these. The demand for these is actually higher if you are exercising for weight loss something you absolutely should be doing.
Another big problem is that most weight loss plans burn very little REAL fat. Sure you are losing weight but it is mostly just water loss. That is why most weight loss plans never check body fat – because they don’t want you to realise the false results you are getting. A sign of a genuine weight loss plan is where your body fat is accurately monitored to make sure that you are actually burning real genuine fat. To get at your cellulite you have to burn real fat and only a highly balanced and well thought out weight loss plan will do this.
Poor blood supply is another major problem with cellulite and so the most important form of exercise to get at it is toning. Sure aerobic work helps, but nothing helps like targeting your cellulite area with exercises specifically for that area. This will dramatically increase blood flow and help correct the poor fat burning environment in that area. Both of these together will allow you to burn off more of the cellulite and also improve the skin quality and skin tone which is also very important.
So to dramatically help getting rid of cellulite, make sure you are getting the essential nutrients, make sure you are burning real fat and make sure you are putting good emphasis on toning the areas.
