• Plans are sent to your email before 2pm on the Saturday prior to your plans start date.
• If you cannot see your plan, please check your spam mail.
• Your plan questionnaire must be used within 30 days of purchase or will expire!
• Multi-plan questionnaires must be used within 90 days of previous questionnaire or will expire.
