If at all possible, it is far better to attend a System 10 centre in person to do one of our plans. You just cannot beat the motivation of stepping on a weigh scales in front of a System 10 weight loss coach every week. However for those who cannot attend one of our centres, our online plans are very successful! They come as 25 day OR 5 week plans with HOME or GYM based exercise! You check your weight yourself twice weekly every Friday and Monday and tell us how much you have lost!
