Most people struggle to see great weight loss from their stomach! Why? It is very simple; they are not burning real fat when they lose weight! If you want real results on your stomach (especially lower stomach), hips, thighs or chest, you must make sure your weight loss plan burns real fat!

Most plans have too little food and too much exercise! This very quickly unbalances your hormones and results in poor quality weight loss. Lots of water is lost which the body eventually reclaims! This explains the yo-yoing up and down on the weigh scales. Worse still muscle tone is lost, which destroys your energy and metabolism! Very little fat is lost! So nothing really changes where you want it to change!

It’s all about real fat loss! When you get the food and exercise balance right, most of your weight loss will be real fat. Then the magic happens! You will get amazing results in those stubborn fat areas, better than you can ever imagine! Add one or two key toning exercises and you can a complete transformation.

Our experience at System 10 is that most people need more food and less exercise when they lose weight. The average woman on our plans eats about 1400 balanced calories daily and the average man about 1600 balanced calories daily! We limit exercise to a maximum 5 x 45 minutes weekly for dramatic results.

So if you have tried and given up on ever getting your stomach, hips, thighs or chest, back to that confident shape you really desire, you need to thing again! Dramatic results are possible when you lose real fat! Most likely the only reason you have not seen results before is that you have not been burning real fat on your weight loss plan!
